Q: Are you licensed / Insured?

A: Yes, Cinch Mechanical holds a Maryland State Master Plumber/ Gas Fitter insured License #84541

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Cinch Mechanical was established in 2014. All of our techs have experience dating back much further.

Q: How many guys do you have?

A: 10 people make up our small, but mighty force, from techs in the field to our supporting cast behind the scenes working to make your experience hassle-free.

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Joppatowne Maryland. Our service area  covers roughly a 40-mile radius.

Q: How much is this going to cost?

A: We charge $120 per hour plus the cost of any parts you may need. 

Q: Do you provide free estimates?

A: We charge an initial fee upfront that gets deducted from your first billable hour.

Q: Do you offer any warranty?

A: Yes, our work is warranted for one year after the date of installation. All underground utility repairs are warranted for two years after the date of installation.

Q: Who are the managers

A: Denny and Jeanie Smothers are the husband-and-wife proprietors of Cinch Mechanical. Together, they lead a team of people dedicated to delivering helpfulness. With years of customer service, and mechanical experience, the duo strives to make Cinch Mechanical an intentional pursuit of excellence. 

Q: How does management handle callbacks and complaints.

A: We are in the office daily, ready and available to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. If you have a concern  or complaint, simply call us and well be more that happy to talk  about a solution.

Pricing

Q: How much do you charge?

A: $120 Per hour, $80 diagnostic fee that gets subtracted from  your total if you decide to use us. A half an hour of additional  time may be added to your invoice base on the location of the  tech upon being dispatched to your location. 

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes, we have financing available. Ask about financing options  before booking your appointment. 

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We accept all major Credit cards, Cash, checks, and EFT’s 

Q: Do you offer any guarantees?

A: Yes, our “labor only,” is guaranteed for one year after the  date of installation. If its our fault, you don’t pay a nickel. 

Q: Do you offer Military discounts?

A: Not at this time but were open to the possibility in the  future.

Q: When scheduling an appointment with Cinch Mechanical, and I sign up for SMS scheduling updates, are there any related fees?

A: Cinch Mechanical may send a scheduling or follow-up SMS message, and data rates might apply. The frequency varies based on scheduling. You are welcome to ask for help or revoke your consent to SMS at any time.
